A high-level forum on the electricity sector, with a theme of "Integrating innovation and sharing the future", kicked off on Wednesday in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province.

The event focuses on the world's new development trends in the energy industry and hot topics in electricity cost areas, such as big data for power construction projects, engineering information models and information development trends.

Highlights of this two-day event include the launch of the energy and economy big data platform and electricity-plus smart service cloud platform, developed by the electricity development research institute of the China Electricity Council.

The high-level forum, organized by the China Electricity Council and held by the electricity development research institute of the China Electricity Council, attracted over 600 insiders and corporate representatives in the electricity cost industry.
