房屋可以智能定制了 太空板业将打造智慧建造新模式

东方网记者姜文然3月21日报道:以科技创新为驱动,展望2025建筑产业智能制造的目标。日前,智能建造的引领者太空板业在沪宣布,将从绿色建材供应商升级为装配式建筑运营商,打造房屋智能定制、智慧建造共享经济新模式。

Shanghai, March 21- Driven by technological innovation, many Chinese manufacturing enterprises are making efforts towards the goal of Made in China 2025. Taikong Panel Industry Corp recently announced its upgrade from a green building materials supplier to a prefabricated building operator.

太空板业副董事长樊志指出,将BIM与太空板装配式建筑科技相结合,可以将落后的建筑产业现状改变成智能化、网络化、全球化、绿色化、工业化的发展模式,使房屋实现智能定制、智慧建造。

Integrating space plate prefabricated construction technology with BIM, a new model of custom-made and intelligent construction is created, according to Fan Zhi, vice chairman of Taikong Panel.

“与传统建造业动辄数月的工期不同,我们建造一栋207平米的二层别墅毛坯房,仅需要三天的时间,”据樊志介绍,BIM智慧建造平台包含创意、设计、计划、制造、服务等全产业链服务,将有效解决工程施工过程中的错误、返工、浪费、污染等问题,并让投资者把项目透明化。

“Different from the traditional construction industry’s months of time limit for a project, it only takes us three days to build a two-layer semi-finished villa of 207 square meters,” Fan noted that the BIM Intelligent Construction Platform can effectively solve errors, rework, waste, pollution and other issues during the construction process.

新型建材行业是国家近年来重点支持的行业,中央到地方各级政府均出台鼓励政策,来支持节能环保新型建筑材料研发生产企业。已建立起核心技术体系的太空板业,拥有涉及太空板产品的28项专利,其中包括国内发明专利23项和美国专利商标局授予的专利3项。

New building materials industry is one of the national key industries in recent years. Various preferential policies are offered by the central and local governments to support enterprises’ research and development of energy-saving and environmental-friendly building materials.
