豫商全球发展基金在沪成立

东方网5月26日消息：豫商全球发展基金昨日在上海成立。据悉，该基金由上海市河南商会提议、海银金融控股集团带头发起，总规模达300亿元，旨在支持全球有潜力的优质豫商和项目，促进区域经济发展和产业升级。

Shanghai, May 26- A 30-billion-yuan-scale global development fund yesterday was set up to provide financial and resource support for the global potential Henan merchants and high-quality projects.

河南省副省长张维宁出席启动仪式，并在致辞中表示，希望该基金能重点打造培育10个新兴制造业集群和8个新型服务业态，为豫商企业提供资金、资源以及国外先进管理理念和业务模式等多方面的支持，推动全球豫商企业发展。

The cultivation of ten emerging manufacturing clusters and eight new service forms should be focused on, according to Henan Province’s Vice Governor Zhang Weining. He also noted that overseas advanced management concepts and business models should be learned for reference.

张维宁表示，在沪设立该基金，可以充分借助上海国际资本的集聚优势，实施百亿资本助力“河南制造”。事实上，豫沪两地产业合作在近两年相当频繁。数据显示，自2015年以来，豫沪产业转移合作系列对接活动共获得总投资超过3000亿元人民币，硕果累累。

Zhang noted that setting up the fund in Shanghai can strength “Made in Henan” with the help of the city’s congregated international capital. In fact, the past two years have seen frequent industrial cooperation between the two places.

迈入2017年，作为系列对接项目中令人瞩目的豫商全球发展基金，将在凝聚全球豫商力量、促进河南经济发展，做大做强豫商队伍等方面发挥重要作用。基金发起方表示，未来将积极打造针对豫商的全球产融平台，支持更多优秀的豫商走向世界。

The fund will play an important role in uniting Henan merchants’ strength and promoting the province’s economic development, according to the sponsors. The fund will support more excellent Henan companies’ “going out”.

上海市河南商会会长韩宏伟表示，豫商全球发展基金的成立，标志着豫商发展从1.0版本向2.0版本的顺利升级，商会未来也将进一步促进全球豫商之间的交流合作，凝聚豫商力量，打造豫商共享协作平台。
