International Working Women's Day is approaching, which has brought a series of notable changes in the cosmetics consumption.

High-end cosmetics are gradually favored by Chinese women, and the online shopping of cosmetics is becoming the new favorite for them.

According to the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model of China recently released by L'Oreal, over 100 million consumers in China chose its 23 brands of goods in 2017, covering ladies skin care, men skin care, make-up, hair care, hair coloring, perfume, cosmeceuticals, body care, beauty equipment, etc. A conclusion can be drawn, based on the figures, that Chinese consumers have growing demands on the health and cosmetics products.

The surging sales in e-commerce, particularly noteworthy, highlight the online shopping boom.

The total sales growth of L'Oreal is over two times on Singles Day of 2017, compared with one year ago and 5 million orders generated in 24 hours.

In January this year, Armani's official cosmetics flagship store on Taobao has achieved sales of over CNY17 million on the first day it operates.
