New Dreamliners shuttles Beijing, Shanghai-air authorities

  Shanghai, May 30-The first aircraft, labeled with the flight Number CA1519 and typical of the Dreamliners 787-9 of worldwide reputed plane maker Boeing, succeeded in her landing at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport on Friday Beijing Time, a signal of what plane model is put into operation and service in the express line flights between Beijing and Shanghai, Shanghai’s local air authorities announced.

  The air traffic hub disclosed that currently, as many as four flights of such kind with numbers CA1519/152 and CA1549/CA1550 are prepared every calendar day travelling towards and fro between the two top-tier cities in China.

  The Dreamliners 787-9, seen as the extended version of her predecessor the 787-8 craft, is six meters longer in fuselage, and significantly, with most of her body made of composite materials, the total weight has been reduced, which will lead to lower level of fuel consumption and pollution discharge as well, said the air operator, adding that she has business class cabin, super economic cabin and economic cabin.

  To date, the airport has introduced sixteen high quality air lines, up 3.21 percent than last flight quarter, which accounts for 70.21 percent of the total passenger capacity, according to the disclosure.
