The Shanghai Grand Theater released some contents about its 20th-anniversary celebration recently. The celebration season starts from the opera ‘Turandot’ on January 24-26 and many classic plays will come be there at the theater for the first time in Shanghai.

Shanghai Grand Theater, built in 1998, is the first international comprehensive theater in China, bringing surprises to audience jointly with symphony orchestras, operas, dance groups and international artists during these 20 years.

The melody with compact structure, vivid dialogues, zigzag plots and gorgeous scenes created a dreamlike world in ‘Turandot’.

At the same time, the theater released the performances and activities of the celebration season throughout the year, including dramas and ballets.
