侨与中国梦丨段褀华：从律师到编剧，创新普法下的文学梦

Before going to college, Q.H. Charles Duan had made up his mind to do his bit for the rule of law in China. After broadening his horizon during his internship in Hong Kong, he decided to be a lawyer handling foreign-related legal affairs in the bureau of justice. As China began to open up to the rest of the world, he then went to the U.S. for further studies in 1988. After graduation, he returned to China in 1992 to establish Duan & Duan Law Firm, China’s first law firm privately financed and owned by its partners. As he said, reform means breaking conventions. Over the past years, he and his team have dealt with many lawsuits, protecting the interests of Chinese companies and individuals in the global arena.

他是律师，也是全国政协委员；他是投资人，也是编剧；他精通法律，也爱好文学。他创立的段和段律师事务所是中国第一家涉外的律师事务所，事业上风生水起的同时，也将自己的专业法律常识融合电视剧本，打造出一部部精品律政剧，他就是段褀华。在他的观念中，依法治国，重要的不仅是立法，更是将法治观念培植进老百姓心中。
