Workers attempt to provide sufficient and immediate material support for the epidemic control.

A green channel for emergency supplies has been opened by the Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau to fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.

On January 26, in just two hours, mobile toilets, supporting dirt bags and coagulants were delivered to both Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University’s affiliated hospitals to ease the clinical pressure.

On January 27 and 28, tents, cotton coats and emergency lights were delivered to police officers controlling the vehicles and personnel entering the city via road.

On January 29, the first batch of emergency materials for the Shanghai medical rescue team were sent to Wuhan in 22 hours, including 410 cotton coats.

By February 10, a total of 255 mobile toilets, 12,750 supporting dirt bags and coagulants, 3,937 cotton coats, 85 tents, 40 folding beds, 150 portable emergency lights and 310 emergency kits were allocated with the support from the Grain and Material Reserve Bureau.
