“Sniper,” an epic drama set in the spring of 1949, begins airing on Dragon TV on Friday.

Starring Huang Xuan and Chen He, the show follows the lives of two snipers who used to be partners and friends.

The two talented sharp shooters have different personalities and eventually have to fight each other for their own faith.

The drama is one of the few domestic productions which is centered on snipers. Visually compelling action scenes feature heavily in the show.
