SAR citizens in Shanghai can get shots now

PEOPLE fromHongKong and Macauwho are living or working in Shanghai can register for their COVID-19 vaccinations.

Those between the ages of 18 and 75 can have the vaccine free by showing their mainland residence permits or medical insurance certificates.

Hong Kong andMacauresidents who are working or studying in city schools will be eligible for the same vaccination policy as local teachers and students.

People who fall outside the two categories can still get their jabs but must pay 100 yuan (US$15.27) per dose.

People can register for the service by scanning Health Cloud QR code (below). After scanning and registering their information, they will receive confirmation on their mobile phone, and can visit the designated venue at an allotted time.

They need to bring valid certificates and show their reservation code. They will have to fill out a consent form and tell doctors about their health condition before having the vaccination.
