Consul Generals in Shanghai extend wishes for Year of Monkey

The Year of the Monkey is coming! Monkey is concerned as the symbol of wisdom in the 12 Chinese zodiac animals while Shanghai is developing the global innovation center. At the very beginning of the smart year in the smart city, Eastday.com invites the Consul Generals in Shanghai to deliver New Year speeches with the theme as "City of Innovation". Now the videos have been released.
