上海市公共政策研究会成立 为政策制定提供智力支持
The founding conference of Shanghai Society of Public Policy was held in the Party School of Shanghai Committee of CPC on May 15, 2016. Director of Counselors' Office of the State Council Wang Zhongwei sent here congratulation letter. Vice Chairman of Shanghai Committee of CPPCC Zhou Hanmin, Deputy Director of Publicity Department of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Yan Shuang, Executive Vice President of Party School of Shanghai Committee of CPC Wang Guoping and Director of Shanghai Administration Bureau of NGOs Li Zheng were present at the meeting for congratulation. More than 160 people including experts and scholars from local universities, research institutes and practitioners from related government departments, enterprises and institutions attended the conference, where a council was elected and Hu Wei was elected as President of Shanghai Society of Public Policy. Wang Zhongwei was decided to be Honorary President.
东方网5月16日消息：2016年5月15日，上海市公共政策研究会成立大会在市委党校举行。国务院参事室主任王仲伟发来贺信。上海市政协副主席周汉民、市委宣传部副部长燕爽、市委党校常务副校长王国平、市社团局局长李政等到会祝贺。来自本市有关高校、科研所院的专家学者以及相关政府部门和企事业单位的实务 工作者160余人与会。会议选举产生了理事会，并选举胡伟为会长，决定王仲伟为名誉会长。
An academic forum titled "Modernization of National Governance and Policy Innovation" took place after the founding conference. Zhou Hanmin, Advisor of the society delivered a keynote report. Vice President of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences He Jianhua, Executive Dean of School of Economics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Chen Xian, Deputy Director of Shanghai Institute for Science of Science Luo Dajin, You Jianxin, Dean of School of Management of Shanghai University You Jianxin, Associate Dean of Institute of International Studies of Fudan University Shen Dingli, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Wenhui Daily Xie Haiguang gave keynote speeches. President Hu Wei finally made a summary for the forum.
研究会成立大会之后，举行了“国家治理现代化与政策创新”学术论坛，上海市政协副主席、研究会顾问周汉民作主旨报告，上海社会科学院副院长何建华、上海交通大学经济学院执行院长陈宪、上海市科学学研究所副所长骆大进、上海大学管理学院院长尤建新、复旦大学国际问题研究院副院长沈丁立、文汇报社党委副书记谢海光先后发表主题演讲，胡伟会长最后作论坛总结。
Shanghai Society of Public Policy is an academic organization which is composed of theoretical workers engaged in public policy research, leading cadres at all levels and managerial staff from enterprises. It is aimed at connecting the academic circles with the party and government, providing intellectual support to the public policy making for the party and government departments and providing practical support to the theoretical research of public policy. The leading members include not only the theoretical workers from local universities and scientific research institutes but also the practitioners from the party and government organizations, enterprises and institutions. The society is affiliated to the Party School of Shanghai Committee of CPC.
据悉，上海市公共政策研究会是由从事公共政策研究的理论工作者、各级领导干部、企事业管理人员组成的学术团体，旨在沟通学界与党和政府的联系，为党政部门的公共政策制定提供智力支持，也为公共政策理论研究提供实践支撑。研究会的主要成员不仅包括本市高校科研院所的理论工作者，也包括党政机关、企事业单位的实践工作者。研究会挂靠中共上海市委党校。
