  东方网记者李佳敏6月6日报道:今天,第二届中国(上海)国际人力资源服务产品与技术大会在沪开幕。大会汇聚了60家国内外知名人力资源服务商、4000余名人力资源专业人士,大会上将举办35场主题论坛和活动。

Today on June 6th, the 2nd HR Tech China Conference was inaugurated in Shanghai from which journalist Jiamin Li from Eastday.com has reported. The conference assembled 60 famous Human Resources service providers worldwide and more than 4,000 HR professionals Forums and speeches covering more than 35 themes are to be held here.

  本次大会以“改变职场7亿人——人力资源+人工智能=人类未来”为主题,众多重量级嘉宾云集分别结合各自领域内经验,向现场观众分享了他们对人力资源科技发展的期望。

The theme of the conference is: “Changing 700 million people in the workplace—Human Resources + Artificial Intelligence=The Future of Mankind,” To this end the conference gathers together numerous speakers who are combining their experiences  to share with audiences their expectations of developments in HR technology

  中国四达董事长张连舜在接受东方网记者采访时说,互联网、人工智能等新兴科学技术为传统人力资源服务行业增添了许多的机遇,同时也带来了诸多的挑战,吸纳西方先进办会经验,“消化、吸收”将大会引入中国,正是希望为中国改革开放发展做出一份贡献。张连舜坦言,目前,中国人力资源行业尚处在发展的初级阶段,大多数停留在SaaS服务,线上招聘,测评体系等层面。而市场、客户、乃至中国整体经济发展的需求却逐日扩大,本届大会确定的主题:“改变职场7亿人——人力资源+人工智能=人类未来”,也是期望通过互联网、人工智能等先进手段,促进国内人力资源服务良性、快速发展。

The Chairman of China Star Corporation, Lianshun Zhang said when interviewed by Eastday.com that: “The Internet, AI and other burgeoning science and technology fields offers many opportunities to the traditional HR service industry; whilst at the same time bringing many challenges. Organizing more advanced Western  conference experiences and intergrating them into China is precisely for the sake of making a contribution to the reform and opening up of development in China.” He said frankly that currently the Chinese HR industry was still in the primary stage of development, and remained solely at the levels of SaaS service, online recruiting and  assessment systems, However, the demands of the market, customers and the whole economic growth of China were increasing day by day. Therefore, the theme of the conference this session is, “Changing 700 million people in the workplace—Human Resources+ Artificial Intelligence= The Future of Mankind,” was expected to promote the emerging and fast development of  Chinese HR services via means of the Internet, AI and other advanced methods.

  作为大会的共同主办方,上海外服集团有限公司(上海外服)董事长、上海人才服务行业协会会长李栋表示,应对行业发展,上海外服将通过举办专业论坛、策划展位以及创立HR联盟,合力推进中国人力资源的高效管理。上海外服将以“服务连接未来,中国人力资源服务‘云’时代实践“为主题,集成分享应对互联科技挑战所提供的解决方案——即升级推出”外服云2.0“,这也预示着人力资源服务正式迈入云端时代。值得一提的是,在大会现场,上海外服将策划智能化互动型科技展台,藉由“智能终端体验+微课堂”的模式,由资深产品专家现场分享产品研发心得、答疑解惑,将展台变成了HR专业人士与外服资深产品专家互动的平台。

As the co-organizer of HR Tech China, the Chairman of the Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd. (FSG) and the Chairman of Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association, Dong Li said that to cope with the development of the industry, FSG would hold professional forums, plan and found a HR alliance to boost the increased efficiency of the management of Chinese Human Resources. FSG will progress on the theme of “Service Connecting Future—Chinese HR Service ‘Cloud’ Practice”, sharing the upgraded “FSG Cloud 2.0” to provide solutions for Internet science challenges, which also indicates that HR services are formally stepping into the Cloud Era. It is worth mentioning that within the space at the conference, FSG plans to have an intelligentized interactive science booth, in the mode of “intelligentized terminal experience+ mini-lecture”, where they will invite senior product specialists to share information about the product’s development and offering Q&A support; this will help make the booth an interactive platform for HR professionals and FSG senior product specialists.
