Han called for unremitting efforts to stick to a central government plan to build the FTZ into one in line with the highest international standards. He said the zone should become a pioneer to deepen the new-round development of reform and opening-up. He urged the zone to make further progress in innovation, and to better serve the national strategies such as the Belt and Road initiative and the development of the Yangtze River economic belt.
