Traffic will be banned in several areas downtown over the holiday.

Temporary traffic restrictions will be applied to automobiles, bikes and e-bikes from 3:30pm to 11:30pm from Saturday to Wednesday.

In Puxi, vehicles will be banned from the area encircled around the Bund (see map), and part of the restricted area will also forbid bikes and e-bikes from accessing streets.

In Pudong, vehicles will have no access to the area encircled by Huangpu River and Lujiazuihuan Road during the restricted hours.

Part of Yan’an Elevated Road and Yan’an Road.E Tunnel will also introduce traffic restrictions.

From Sunday to Wednesday, East Nanjing Road Station on Metro lines 2 and 10 will be closed from 3:30pm to 11:30pm.

Services on the Dongjin ferry route, from east to west, will be suspended during the period and Huangpu River Sightseeing Tunnel will also be closed.
