In order to fully leverage the benefits brought by the China International Import Expo which will showcase the time-honored brands of Shanghai, the city’s Municipal Commission Of Commerceis compiling three definitive guides for visitors: aMust-eat, Must-buy, and Must-visit Guide.

The Must-eat Guide will include such Shanghai local cuisines as Nanxiang steamed buns, Xinghualou mooncakes, Xinya Shanghai-style Cantonese cuisine and the WangBao He Unique Hairy Crab Feast. Moreover, the Municipal Commission Of Commerceis preparing a retail area dedicated to Shanghai native snacks and food in the commercial service area of the National Exhibition Center.

The Must-buy Guide will include a batch of both adorable and affordable souvenirs especially customized for the first China International Import Expo.

The Must-visit Guide will be a guide map showing the locations of Shanghai’s time-honored brands and commercial streets,boastinga history of more than 100 years.

The city is also going to host the 12th China Time-honored Brand Expo before the opening of the China International Import Expo.
