The Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) and the Royal Consulate General held a buffet reception on the evening of August 29 at Sun Chateau on The Bund to celebrate the 20th anniversary of NSC’s presence in Chin and mark the transition of NSC China Director.

Kristin Iglum, Consul General at Norwegian Consulate General Shanghai, made an opening speech to welcome all the guests and friends to this celebration.

Sigmund Bjørgo, NSC Director China until this summer, made a presentation wrapping up 20 years of Norwegian seafood trade with China. In 1998, China took up only 0.35% of Norway's total seafood export volume.
