Oriental Thinktank, a research institution for international key issues, was unveiled by Shanghai Orient Webcasting, a state-owned popular media company, on December 12.

Bringing together political and business leaders, opinion leaders and academic experts in international and domestic issues, the think tank is expected to be built into a comprehensive platform for decision-making reference, viewpoint transmission and theintegration of media production, teaching and research.

Focusing on hot topics including international political diplomacy, trade, culture and scientific innovation, and the Belt and Road, a series of programs such as summary reports, talk shows, saloons and columns will be launched soon.
