A city space resource promotion and major projects signing ceremony was held by the Lingang New Area Administrative Committee of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on December 5, announcing to the public the future space layout of the Lingang urban area.

It is said that the functions of cultural and tourism urban life, technology innovation, finance & trade, and university communities will be formed around Dishui Lake. At the promotion, three blocks of land for the separate investment invitation aspects of residential business, technology and finance were claimed, with the total area covering 34.9 square kilometers.

Since it was set up on August 20, the Lingang New Area has caught extensive attention from all walks of life. Different from the previous signing programs, the 50 key programs inscribed this time are not only related to the secondary industry, but also mainly the tertiary industry and functional projects.
