MANAMA, July 30 (Xinhua) -- The Arab quartet expressed preparedness for talks with Qatar under the condition of halting support and finance of terrorism and extremism, said a statement issued Sunday by the foreign ministers of Egypt, Bahrain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia who convened in Manama.
