FRANKFURT, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Five people died Friday in a serious traffic accident in Nagold, a city in south Germany, reported the media FOCUS, citing the police.

In the accident, a garbage truck turned over and hit a car nearby, in which the five people were found.

Technical defect in the 26-ton garbage truck could have led to the accident, according to the first findings.
