A spring in the city’s step at last
From:Shanghai Daily  |  2017-03-28 02:40

Shanghai should enter spring this week, thanks to the warmer weather, according to Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.

Today is forecast to be cloudy but intermittent showers may occur tonight. The highest temperature is expected to reach 21 degrees Celsius.

On Wednesday, the high will fall to 17 degrees.

Brief showers are set to return on Thursday and Friday, with temperatures of about 12 to 13 degrees.

Saturday will be dry and the temperature will climb, with a high of 16 degrees.

Meteorologically, it requires five consecutive days with average temperatures above 10 degrees for spring to officially begin.

The average daily temperature from Saturday to yesterday topped 10 degrees, and as today and tomorrow are forecast to be warm, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau expects spring to come this week.
