A foreign man from an East Asian country was detained and fined for drunk driving. The man was caught on November 5 when he was driving on Hongquan Road, Minhang District.

The blood test showed that his alcohol level was much higher than the legal limit. The man will be driven out of the country after a 15-day detention and 2,000 yuan (US$ 293) punishment, according to Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration Bureau.
