Early morning, we are set for "Eastday Hope primary school" in Qinshui County to prepare the school apparatus for tomorrow use. Students call it "warming-up". There is about 15 kilometers from County town to village and thanks to the good weather, we get there very quickly and safe. The darkness climate gives this place better for planting.

The staff of Eastday Hope primary school is waiting at the gate, but actually it has 8 people, including headmaster and teachers. School has improved a lot. The wall has been built, on which is etched some words: Develop education that satisfied people; build school that satisfied society. Our donated basketball rack with students' red ribbon has been fixed but no more places for table-tennis table. It is interesting for the staff wearing black suit and snow-white shirt for the first time but that can demonstrate how excited they are!

According to planning, our Eastday staff has 5 lessons tomorrow's morning for students from grade one to five. Liu Yilin, teaches Movie and TV series and she is busy arranging her projector equipment. Lotus Lantern is her topic. She prepares some gifts beforehand to encourage students' class activities. Wang Lin, ready to teach grade 2 students art, will draw pictures in class. Cai Qianqian, marketing department staff, prepares Chinese for grade 3 students. Zhu Yingxin and Gu Zhenyan gets ready for English Class. To teach a good English lesson, they asked many experienced teachers before. Mr. Xia Jinhui of Amway, who majors finance and economics, teaches students geography. He brings dozens of interesting pictures.

To prepare a day's class and not bother local teachers too much, we fully prepared our package beforehand, including food. Many of Eastday Hope primary school teachers only received 180 Yuan as their salary per month, so they plant different corps on hill to subsidy their life. The life there is tough; they should cook themselves after everyday's hard teaching. Today, our Eastday staff dinner with their teacher and leave nice foods bringing from Shanghai to Hope school teachers. This is good quality of Eastday young staff. I appreciate them.

Another news touches me a lot. Eastday Hope primary school teachers not only spread knowledge to students but eliminate illiteracy in nearby villages. Under the cooperation, the nearby villages clear illiteracy up to 90 percent. But we on earth should concern their life and job? Fortunately, we hear that local government consider increasing 80 Yuan for teachers' salary.

We see a poster at a cross road when leaving Qinshui village, says:"Never has a poor education, even though we are poor". What an impressive words!
