The kids are taking pictures with the Hypol excitedly.
In the morning of Sep,8th, volunteers of Easterday teaching support service group came to the Eastday primary school in Min county of Gansu province, where a World Expo carnival activity was held. Many games were held here, including taking photos with the real man Hypol, making their own Expo wishes, playing teamwork games to win Expo presents, and so on. Every game has made the kids joined in whole-heartedly.
When the Hypol as high as a real man stood before the kids, every kid carried excited laughing faces and said hello to "it": "Hello, Hypol!" Because the kids have already learned rudimentary knowledge about the World Expo and its mascot Hypol through courses of teaching support service, they did not feel strange while facing the Hypol.
Volunteers from eastday.com have brought not only real man inflatable Hypol, but also Fuji Polaroid. All the kids can take photos with the Hypol on the spot and the image will emerge after the picture is tossing for several minutes in the hand. This is an unforgettable surprise for every kid, because many of them have never taken photos before and this is the first photo in their lives.
On one side of the playground, a violent pass competition is going on.
The kids threw their heart into the game through interwork and the winner team
will get the Expo presents. The classroom of grade five is as busy as other
places, there are full of creative ideas here. The kids drew the World Expo in
their eyes on the post cards using color pencils. They made their World Expo
wishes and hoped for a better future for themselves.
