As the first Japanese cosmetics manufacturer to carry out technical cooperation in China in 1983, Shiseido has been studying Chinese terroir, climate, culture, habits and Chinese women’s skin for years.
Shiseido China has about 9,300 employees and sells around30 cosmetic brands (including skin care, make-up and personal care), covering high-end cosmetics, public cosmetics, personal care, professional hair products and perfume. Shiseido has also developed local brands for Chinese women, such as AUPRES, URARA and PURE&MILE MILD, to help them become more beautiful and confident.
On January 1, 2017, Shiseido established its headquarter in China, which managed the operation of the group’s brands, leading Shiseido’s companies in China to provide attractive products and thoughtful services to Chinese consumers.
