Constitutional construction of privacy in the digital age

From:社科报2021-5-31 11:16

In the third issue of Journal of East China University of political science and law in 2021, Li Zhongxia proposed that in the digital age, the relationship between privacy and personal information needs to be re-understood. Some personal information that does not seem to have privacy may also expose personal privacy. For personal information, neither too much nor too little protection is proper. Personal information protection should be based on privacy interests, rather than simply dichotomy between privacy and personal information protection. The privacy protection in China's constitution should be based on the constitutional text and develop a hierarchical privacy protection system through the construction of hermeneutics. The construction of housing, communication and general privacy needs to echo the development of the times, keep pace with the times, and update the interpretation of dogma.
