In Exploration and Free Views, No. 8, 2021, Xu Chao suggests that global governance goes hand in hand with globalization. The status of countries in global governance also fluctuates with the process of globalization. In order to understand how the state is present in global governance, it is not enough to only look from the perspective of national theory, especially from the perspective of national power. It is necessary to sort out the relationship between global governance and national governance. The relationship between national governance and global governance is not only cross influential, but also contains the relationship of opposition and unity. The behavior of developed countries, such as the United Kingdom and the United States, to alienate the supranational system and return to the national subject cannot be regarded as "reverse globalization" phenomena or pure domestic political issues, but also must be explained under the global system framework. Global governance is inseparable from effective national governance and a country’s positive action. The strategic choice of national governance modernization and national revival also requires active participation in and the promotion of the global governance process.
