Ren Ruisheng and Huang Wei point out in the article of the Journal of Humanities (No. 12, 2021) that talent development has an intrinsic unity with the national development progress. The modernization of a country, in the first place, is the modernization of talents who promote the modernization of national governance with their advanced ideas, knowledge, skills and practice, while the modernization of national governance creates conditions and provides a guarantee for talent development. At present, as our country has embarked on a new journey towards the Second Centenary Goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects, we shall attach importance to the grasp of the logic of talent development and national governance modernization, follow the development law, deeply implement the strategy of strengthening the country through human resources for the new era, accelerate the development of human resources, improve the national governance, accelerate the modernization of China's governance system and capability, strive to form a development pattern in which talent development and national governance modernization can support each other, and promote high-quality development of China's socialist modernization.
