Complete Philosophy and Possibility of Philosophical Construction

From:社科报原创2022-8-17 12:25

Zhang Wenxi wrote in the Journal of Peking University (Philosophy and Social Sciences)(Issue 3, 2022) that in the philosophical history, philosophy had been constructed as a complete and indivisible conception. In contrast, the development of philosophy has been a history of mutual substitution in constantly dispelling identity. Reflections on the philosophy of our times must revolve around the appearance of its total phenomena, starting from the respect for the totality and the disclosure and development of diversity. When the epochal spirit is at a low ebb, the purpose of philosophy is not to construct the absolute total meaning, but to overcome the man-made differences in ideas and resolve the dilemma of human shared life while there are complex provisions of diversified ideas. For philosophical construction, complete philosophy always has only one goal, that is, the unity of the realistic “Being” and “Will”. Now the object of philosophy is no longer concerned with the existence and feature in “form-indication”, but with the existence and feature of “form-indication” itself. It is the presentation of “Sunyata” appearing from “Being”.
