WDCC 2022 | International Architectural Design Summit Held

Under a theme of “design symbiosis with the aid of wisdom”, the international architectural design summit, as a forum of the World Design Cities Conference (WDCC) 2022, was held in the main venue of WDCC on September 16.

At the forum, the "Shanghai Initiative on Architectural Design 2022" was officially released. Focusing on "urban context, new city construction, urban landmarks, public space and green wisdom", the initiative offers advice and suggestions on architectural design and urban development to help Shanghai build itself into a world-class "design city".

Experts and scholars discussed how to build world-influential dialogues and multi-way communication between China and the West, how to boost the connection between China and the West and how to make Shanghai become an influential "design city in the world".
