MADRID, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Spanish housing sales rose by 13.7percent in November when compared with the same month of a yearearlier, Spain's Statistical Office (INE) reported on Tuesday.

　　A total of 28,733 operations were registered in November, theINE reported, with sales of second-hand houses rising by 30.5percent to a total of 23,129 purchases and sales of new housesfalling by 25.7 percent in November year-on-year to 5,604operations.

　　Meanwhile, in the first 11 months of 2015 housing sales rose by11.5 percent year-on-year, with sales of new houses falling by 34.5percent and sales of second-hand houses increasing by 39.2percent.

　　Spain's housing market has been seriously hit by the crisis andthe burst of the housing bubble, but so far Spain's housing saleshave been rising for 15 consecutive months on a year-on-year basis,the INE said. Enditem
