LONDON, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- FTSE 100 Index, British benchmarkstock market gauge, Friday decreased by 1.93 percent, or 114.13points, to 5,804.10 points.

　　Share price of Randgold Resources increased by 3.74 percent,topped the gainers of the blue chips. Shire, Admiral Group, Next,SABMiller increased by 1.19 percent, 1.18 percent, 1.05 percent and0.43 percent respectively.
