The following are the latest developments on the A/H1N1 flu outbreak worldwide on Thursday, according to the World Health Organization and governments' data.
Confirmed deaths: 65 -- 60 in Mexico; three in the United States; one in Canada and one in Costa Rica.
Confirmed cases: 6,258 in 34 countries, including 2,446 in Mexico, 3,352 in the United States and 389 in Canada. Belgium reported its first confirmed case in a 28-year-old man on Wednesday.
