Marc Uzan: All Countries are Welcomed into the BRICS Bank

Beijing-The BRICS Development Bank, established in July, is hoped to become a part of the world’s financial safety system so as to prevent financial crisis’ comeback, “all countries are welcomed to join the bank,” said Marc Uzan, executive director and founder of Reinventing Bretton Woods Committee during BRICS economic think tank forum on Nov. 6.
Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank has been established in China, as is announced recently. Some countries have decided to join, which will help us promote the construction of infrastructure, said Marc.
When referring to the reform of the IMF, Marc hoped the congress of the United States pass the related bill as soon as possible, “it’s not to challenge the postwar international order, but rather to be a great supplement.”
