The Maternal And Infant Hygiene Hospital in Changning District celebrated its 70th anniversary recently with the unveiling of a copper sculpture of its founder, Doctor Sun Keji. The hospital was first founded in 1935 by Doctor Sun in an aim to help women and children and in 1993 it was merged with another maternal and child medical center.
