Construction has started on the Cartelo Group Building, located at the intersection of Tianshan Road W. and Songhong Road in Changning District.  With an investment of nearly 100 million yuan, the building covers an area of 1.2 hectares, with a construction area of 27,152 square meters.  It is expected to be completed in two years.
