The Chongming County government is carrying out a training course for more than 510 village doctors within the county in an aim to improve the overall quality of young medical staff in Chongming. Some experienced doctors from big local hospitals took part in the training course to offer face-to-face teaching. After the training, 95 percent of the young medical staff were awarded related certificates.
