Baodao Crabbery Co Ltd was recently awarded the first certificate in Shanghai for crab meat paste exporting after the Japan Positive List System was put into effect. Currently, the first 1,814 kilograms of crab product have been shipped to Japan. On May 29, Japan carried out the Positive List System to enforce a stricter food safety standard in Sino-Japanese trade. Marine products exports in Shanghai were the most affected by the regulations.
