OFFICIALS from Fengxian District recently paid a visit to young Fengxian natives in Shanghai Juvenile Jail. They brought to the juvenile delinquents books and stationery, as well as newspapers to let them know more about the changes in their hometown. These teenage are encouraged to build up new life goals for themselves and become valuable to society.
