The second phase of construction has begun on a promenade overlooking the East China Sea in Jinshan District. The 1,001-meter-long corridor will link the east end of a 522-meter stretch to Qijiadun Road. Along the seafront sightseeing stands and sunshades will be installed. The construction is expected to be finished on April 30.
