4 minors charged

The Minhang District Prosecutors' Office yesterday charged four minors,
all 17, with assault and picking a quarrel. On the night of March 8, the four
minors headed by Xiao Tian allegedly beat Chen Rong, the employee of a net bar,
because Chen scolded him for his impolite behavior. On March 20, Xiao Tian again
allegedly slapped the face of Xiao Wen, one of his friends, over small conflict
leaving him with a fracture.
