Austria Techologie & Systemtechnik AG announced yesterday it is investing 80 million euros (US$97.06 million) to 100 million euros to construct its second mobile phone printed circuit board, or PCB, plant in Shanghai. It is also aiming to double its China revenue by adding 5 million new users monthly. The plant is expected to start production in the third quarter of 2006 in Minhang District.
