Nanhui District reported its GDP for the first 11 months of the year was 53 billion yuan (US$6.39 billion), up 23.9 percent from a year earlier. The district reported fiscal revenues of 4.17 billion yuan for the same period, up 24.4 percent year-on-year. The district's industrial output increased by 23.9 percent year-on-year to nearly 53 billion yuan in the period.
