Nanhui District has approved 25 foreign projects in the first two months of this year, with contractual investment of US$187 million, an increase of 54 percent year-on-year. And the district has attracted 734 enterprises with a total contractual investment of 990 million yuan for the period.

*Primary and middle schools around the district began to set up luogushu courses in order to pass on the traditional art form to the district's younger generation. Luogushu, a form of storytelling, is a treasured part of the district's cultural heritage.
