The Pudong Red Cross Association held a congress of its members in Sanitation Building in Pudong District on August 3. A total of 147 representatives from all walks of life participated in the congress. The Pudong Red Cross has raised 3.03 million yuan for tsunami-hit regions of Southeast Asia as of January.
