Shanghai Children's Medical Center in Pudong launched the city's first parents' course on children with Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), a condition that children can hardly control their behavior and/or pay attention. About 3 to 5 percent of children have ADHD. The monthly course gives guidance on parents on early detection and proper intervention on ADHD.
