The district started to host Internet chats on its official Website (www.pudong.gov.cn) to discuss the area's hot topics this year. The chat room will be opened from 7pm to 9pm on the last Monday of every month. District government officials will respond to the resident's problems within three to five days. If the troubles are too difficult to solve, officials must give a feedback to the resident within 20 days.
