A weeklong trip called "An Exploration of Chinese Culture" for some Singaporean students was being hosted by Sun Island International Tourist Resort in Qingpu District recently. The first group of students visited some historical relics on Sun Island and other tourist sights in Zhujiajiao Watertown. The students also had a chance to live in local farmers' houses and experience people's lives in the countryside. This trip provided a good chance for those foreign students to have a better understanding of Chinese culture.
