CPC members spread warm to the prisoners

For nearly four years, a group of 20 retired Communist Party of China
members from Siping Community, Yangpu, have continued to visit criminals from
the district in jails around the city. By talking to the prisoners, these old
people not only encourage them to receive education through labor, but also
provide them with hope for their future life. With the help, four received early
release because of good performance.
